    Jodhpur Designs has a display center at its warehouse, if you would like to view our products then please email us to fix up an appointment.

  • Q. I bought a Jodhpur Designs product some time ago. If I buy the same item now, will it be identical to the model I currently have?

    We are constantly manufacturing stock to replenish our inventory. Since all the items are hand crafted so there may be some slight variations across items.

  • Q. Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

    Yes, we do! For queries relating to bulk purchases please email our commercial division at info@jodhpurdesigns.com.au.

  • Q. I live in Australia. Is there anywhere I can buy your products from?

    Jodhpur Designs has a display center at its warehouse, if you would like to view our products then please email us to fix up an appointment.

  • Q. How can I find information on a specific product?

    Every product listing on our website contains a section titled "Overview & Specifications" which can be found underneath the product image and pricing. This section contains information on the product.


    If you have a specific question relating to a product that isn't answered in the Overview & Specifications section, please email us at info@jodhpurdesigns.com.au with the product name and query and we will get an answer for you!

  • Q: What payment methods are accepted?

    We offer payment via Direct Deposit, PayPal, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) without surcharge.

  • Q: Do you require payment in full before you can dispatch my order?

    Yes, we can only dispatch an order once payment has been received in full. Please keep this in mind if paying via bank deposit as your order will be held until funds are processed.

  • Q: How do I go about acquiring a Discount Code?

    From time to time we release promotional discount codes to members of our mailing list and fans of our facebook page. To be first to know of any Jodhpur Designs sales or promotions you can subscribe to our mailing list on any page of our website and can find us on facebook here.

  • Q: If I purchase a Jodhpur Designs product, will I be supplied with a Tax Invoice?

    Upon placing an order you will receive an Order Confirmation email that is valid as an Australian Tax Invoice.


    If you misplace your invoice please feel free to get in touch with us at info@jodhpurdesigns.com.au with as many order details as you can provide. This is so we can locate your original invoice in our records and send you a new one.
